Shamanic session- 1 hour session Using ancient shamanic energy healing techniques of indigenous people of the Andes such as shamanic journeying and other techniques to heal the luminous energy field. This will allow one to heal past wounds and remove stuck energies, messages, emotions and pain in the body. Reset your fight or flight and leave feeling deeply relaxed.
Reiki 1 hour session- Balance the chakras centers using the ancient Japanese energy healing of Reiki. Sessions may be done remotely . Reiki will increase blood flow to facia and muscles annd tissue to remove stuck energy in the body and promote a deep relaxation effect.
Esogetic Colorpuncture- Meet in person to experience needleless acupuncture for chronic or acute pain, hormonal issues and lymph issues. Settle your nervous system for relaxation. The result is a mind body spirit healing that will assist in resetting the nervous system and assist in healing past wounds.
Past Life Regression- 2 to 3 hours is scheduled to explore a past life that is needing healing in your current mind and body.
Individualized Yoga- Enjoy a mind, body, spirit yoga practice using prana (breath work), asana (poses) and mudra and meditation to bring about relaxation while enjoyiing gentle stretches and poses.
